Hi, we are DOSHDOWN, we like to think of ourselves as more than just a jacket company. We are innovators who are focused on challenging traditional ideas around these clothes and how they can bring versatility to a wide range of people.

  • To 'Doshdown'

    The term DOSHDOWN refers to the ability to lay down and sleep anywhere without having to lug about a bulky sleeping bag around or put people to trouble making up a bed! Simply undo the leg portion in the jacket and voila – a sleeping bag!

  • The Concept

    The idea originated from travelling with a sports team of children and realising the enormous amount of space and struggles created by big sleeping bags, and thought that there must be a better way! So we put on our thinking caps and the DOSHDOWN was created.

Our approach to Versatility

We wanted to produce a produce a product that was versatile, warm water proof and wind proof. The product is manufactured to a high standard and is useful for a range of uses;

About Greg Harrison

Greg, our founder, is a chartered accountant by profession and a former paramedic. In addition to his work, Greg has published two books: a thrilling financial crime novel 'To Catch The Laundrymen' and a nonfiction book 'Growing Goodwill Value' on increasing a company's goodwill value. They are both available on Amazon. It was during his time as a paramedic and working with cadet groups that he noticed the need for a versatile jacket that protects the whole body and can substitute as a warm, cosy sleeping bag.
